It’s every BBQ lovers dream – a weekend of BBQ, beer, wine and music! Smoke in Broke is back this year, June 8th & 9th promising to be bigger and better with more food vendors, more competitions and competitors, music, stalls and of course more BBQ.
This year’s event has grown to include a Steak Cookoff Competition on the Saturday, with the BBQ Competition on the Sunday (tasting tokens available). There will also be a separate demonstration stage for BBQ enthusiasts. Book accommodation nearby or camp free in the park next to the event (get in early for a good spot).
The event runs from 10am – 8pm on Saturday and 10am – 7pm on Sunday. Tickets for the weekend are $8.40 (incl. bf) online, or $15 at the gate. Organisers encourage everyone to buy tickets online in advance to make sure they have enough BBQ goodness for everyone.
