Australia Day 2021

Australia Day celebrations in Maitland will look a little different this year – with celebrations including an Official Ceremony delivered at Town Hall, a free Big Australia Day Breakfast, free entry to Maitland and East Maitland Aquatic Centres, a Tiger Moth flyover across the city and after-dark light projections on buildings throughout Central Maitland on Tuesday January 26.

The Maitland Big Australia Day Breakfast will have service clubs, community groups and sporting clubs hosting a free BBQ breakfast, which will be held at multiple locations. Keep your eyes peeled to the sky for the Tiger Moths flying across Maitland from 10am!
