For those of you who don’t know Matt Dillow (as close as you’ll get to a celebrity Chef in the Hunter Valley!), he’s both chef and owner of The Deck Café, Gartelmann Wines, Matts Produce and he also runs personally guided food, wine and produce tours to Italy, New Zealand and Tasmania in his spare time.
And for those of you who do know exactly who Matt is – you’ll probably already be acquainted with his fabulous “Degustation to Your Door.”
This very popular service was created when COVID forced the temporary closure of The Deck Café. It became so successful that even when the restaurant is open again, the service is offered at various times throughout the year, including for our upcoming Father’s Day.
Degustation to Your Door is more than just a restaurant-quality takeaway. It is a fully immersible interactive experience that includes live-streamed cooking classes to aid in preparing and serving the food that has been ordered. Check out what’s on offer for Dad….
