Pale to mid Salmon pink with a light orange blush, subtle rose petal and strawberry sorbet give way to watermelon juice and a hint of Turkish delight. Generous cherry and cranberry fruit and subtle floral notes adding depth to the dry and elegant palate. Plenty of flavour on the finish with some darker cherry fruit and a hint of Turkish delight carrying through. Very persistent.

Light straw in hue. This wine has hints of cut grass notes to blend with a citrus lift.
TASTING The Semillon gives a fresh citrus palate whilst the Sauvignon Blanc lends a more herbaceous mid palate. The sugar dosage lifts both the citrus fruit and the grassy notes and gives a sweetness that makes the wine fresh and fruity. The acid is clean and crisp on the palate and combines with the bubbles to leave a clean and refreshing after taste
